Thank you for shopping with Pack Pour Shop. We aim to make your order experience simple, reliable, and transparent. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders to customers in the United States and United Kingdom.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Pack Pour Shop may not be able to change an address after an order has entered the shipping process.
2. Shipping to the United States
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Estimated delivery time: 5–11 business days after processing.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order size.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs-related issues, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping to the United Kingdom
We ship to customers throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, subject to carrier availability.
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after processing for standard delivery.
The shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For orders shipped internationally, the customer may be responsible for applicable VAT, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable. These charges are separate from the shipping fee paid to Pack Pour Shop.

5. Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours after shipment to become active in the carrier's system.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us so that we can investigate the shipment.
Pack Pour Shop is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier interruptions, customs delays, strikes, or incorrect/incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the package and the damaged item.
This information may be required to assist with a shipping carrier claim.
9. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the delivery location specified by the carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will assist where possible.
